    Villehardouin Farm Estate is also available—by arrangement—as a venue for social events (weddings, baptisms, receptions, etc.).

    The accommodation does not have a charger for electric cars.

    Charging is available at the SHELL gas station in the Argostoli Industrial Area, opposite the police station.

    1. Minimum reservation: 4 days
    2. Smoking is prohibited indoors
    3. Pets are not allowed
    4. Events by prior arrangement only.
    5. Children 10 years old and older

    Reservation Policy

    In order to confirm your reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the reservation is required.

    The remaining 70% must be paid 2 weeks prior to arrival otherwise your reservation may be cancelled without refund of the deposit

    Cancellation policy – refund of deposit

    – Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before arrival (100% Refund).

    – Partial refund of deposit for cancellations up to 14 days before arrival (50% Refund).

    – No refunds for cancellations after 14 days (0% Refund).

  • Check In & Out

    Keybox in the central entrance and outside every studio / apartment 

    Check in : 15:00 – 19:00 & After 19:00 self check-in only 

    Check-out: Until 10:00 am
